It’s been two years since I last created something with my camera purely for the joy of making something beautiful. It seemed fitting for my first creative shoot after such a long hiatus to be with two of my very good friends, who have always been a big part of my creative journey. This shoot was a breath of fresh air for my soul – no expectations or pressure, just time to be making something for the love of art. What better season to shoot than spring, when the earth is awakening again, just as I felt while I was creating these photographs.
A car full of my vintage clothes and pieces I’ve sourced over the years with dreams of shooting. No plan, just moving and dancing and laughing amongst the magnificent backdrop of nature. A celebration of life and femininity and joy.
