Lace gowns, soft blooms and a modern, sleek restaurant. Something a little different from me and so so much fun to shoot. This editorial was a collaboration between Greville Street vendors and I felt so excited to be invited along to capture it. This entire shoot was shot with available light, no flashes, reflectors or soft boxes. It was a challenge to say the least! The lighting was so minimal (if you’ve ever had the pleasure of dining at Toko you will recall how lovely and moody the lighting is in there). I had sweat beading my brow and determined concentration, I am utterly in love with the results and will never again feel intimidated by difficult and restrictive lighting. no matter how long you shoot, you can learn something new everyday and keep pushing to be better ❤
